This wedding was kind of a monumental one for us, as it was our first destination wedding that involved climbing on an airplane. We learned so much (as one does with anything you try for the first time) and met some of the greatest people this world has to offer. We were welcomed into this family with open arms and treated with such respect and love the entire weekend.
The wedding day began with breakfast at the salon, mimosas and so much laughter and dancing. You could just tell by looking at Amanda that she was completely overjoyed to be getting married, I don’t think there was a nervous bone in her body. Matt on the other hand was quiet, reserved and contemplative, but nonetheless, sure and entirely in love with his bride. Once those two said “I do” the silliness of complete relief kicked and they were laughing and giggling and smiling all throughout their bridal photos and didn’t stop the entire night. I am telling you, these two were a JOY to be around and it was extremely contagious.
Matt and Amanda, thank you for trusting us with your wedding weekend memories. In 40 years when we look back on our life and career as wedding photographers we will always remember you two and the milestone you shared with us. Hugs!
